We provide consultation, architecture, configuration, systems administration support and management for faculty-owned HPC clusters. Our standard is using Slurm/OpenHPC built on Rocky Linux 8, and TrueNAS Core for storage nodes.

We also have access to various resources for high performance computing both locally (the campus Hummingbird cluster) and remotely at the San Diego Super Computer Center. Some sites with robust computational tools.
